Renowned 5-star, award-winning leisure development, this illustrious project encompasses 140 lavish apartments and villas, complete with a central clubhouse and meticulously landscaped gardens.

From its very inception, Forbes Project Management played a pivotal role in this venture. Our involvement commenced during the purchase phase, encompassing comprehensive feasibility studies. We continued our dedicated support throughout the project, guiding the selection and appointment of architects, overseeing the construction process, and ensuring a seamless hand-over. Our responsibilities extended to assisting the client in successfully launching the Beach Club, and we maintain an ongoing maintenance contract to ensure its continued success.

We take great pride in our role as the appointed project management team for the construction of an exquisite collection of 96 apartments. From the moment of purchase, Forbes Project Management assumed the responsibility of overseeing this project, which had already been designed and had a well-defined concept and layout.

Our primary objective was to provide comprehensive support throughout the construction process, ensuring adherence to budget, time, and quality standards. What was once an Irish-style bar has undergone a remarkable renovation and remodelling project, resulting in a highly sought-after establishment that seamlessly blends the charm of Ireland with a warm Algarvian ambiance.

In collaboration with the client, we facilitated the installation of interior vegetation, enveloping the restaurant's central column in a breathtaking wisteria canopy ceiling.
